How are delivery fees calculated?

The delivery fees, applicable to self and third party both, are configured during the order app setup. It is calculated as a sum (A) of cost for base distance (B) and an additional charge (C) for each subsequent km (D) above the base. Thus, A = B + (C x D).

This fee can be borne by the merchant or be split with customers, on a fixed or percentage basis.

In case you want to make changes to your configured delivery fees, please write to success@hashtagloyalty.com with the required details.
