How can I generate a Store Visibility Report? What is the value that this adds?
The Store Visibility Report gives you a summarized overview of the active vs expected time of all your outlets. Simply put, it gives you a comparison between how much time a certain store was active for, and how much time it was expected to be active for.
This can be done via the ‘Reporting’ tab on the left-hand side menu on your Business Dashboard.
Follow the steps given below -
- Make sure you are logged in to your ‘all outlet’ chain link for your multi-outlet restaurant, as shown in the example below.
- Once you click on the reporting tab, click on the outlets you want to generate the report for, in this case it will be all your outlets.
- Scroll down to the end of the options of reports shared and click on ‘store visibility report’.
- You will have an option for ‘delivery’ or ‘take-away’.
- Select the date range you would like the report for and proceed to click on the orange ‘generate report’ button.
- You will receive the report on the email you input after clicking the generate report button.
