How can I get a summary of my customer feedback?

This can be done via the Business Dashboard using the Settings.
Follow the steps given below:
1.Select Reporting from the dashboard navigation menu.

2.You'll be redirected to the Generate Report page.

3.Now for Report Type select Feedback.

4.Select the feedback form for which you want a summary.
5.Click on Generate Report. The report will be sent to your registered email address by default, you can add alternative email addresses separated by a comma, to receive the reports on the same as well.
