How do I set up my own SMS content for the Loyalty program?

You need to approve all SMSs on your DLT Portal. Once you have approved all the content, you can to email us the content with the template ids in this format on success@hashtagloyalty.com

How to use the DLT Template Creator -

  1. Download the file as an xls file
  2. Input the name of the brand in Column C
  3. Use the Content column template to approve it on your DLT account.
  4. Use the Template Name from Column D
  5. Select the Type of Communication as Service Implicit
  6. Once the template has been approved kindly paste the template id in Column J and share the sheet with the Thrive team at success@hashtagloyalty.com
The SMSs will be activated within 48 - 72 working hours once we receive all the details.
