How do Tier based Loyalty Programs work & how can I enable them?
To create a Tier Based Loyalty Program, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Login to your Business Dashboard
- In the main menu on the left hand side of the page, click on Loyalty and click on Create Loyalty Program (the button on the top right corner)
- Select the type of Loyalty Program you would like to implement (Tier Based programs are applicable only for Points and Cash-Back based programs)
- There, define the actions customers will need to take to earn points (e.g., customer earns X number of points for spending INR 100/-)
- If you choose the punchcard based program, you can design your own punchcard based on the parameters given (title, number of stamps), and you can even upload an image
- Click on the tick box beside ‘Enable tier based program’
