How does a customer earn Cashback?

A customer can earn 'Cashback' for every purchase made at the business. The business will decide what percentage of a customers spend they are to return as 'Cashback' into their digital wallet.

Examples

Single Tier Program: Customer earns INR 1 as cashback for every INR 100 spent! (1% Cashback)

Multi-Tier Program:
Silver customers earn INR 1 as cashback for every INR 100 spent! (1% Cashback)
Gold customers earn INR 3 as cashback for every INR 100 spent! (3% Cashback)
Diamond customers earn INR 5 as cashback for every INR 100 spent! (5% Cashback)

Advanced Settings Available:

  1. Minimum spend: Customer only earns cashback for the transaction if the amount spent by the customer is greater than the minimum spend threshold set by the business.
  2. Maximum points earned per transaction.
  3. Minimum balance required for redemption: Customers are only allowed to redeem their cashback to make a payment if their cashback balance is greater than this minimum balance threshold set by the business.
  4. Maximum redemption per transaction: This is a limit on how much cashback can be redeemed to pay for a transaction.
