How does a customer earn Cashback?
A customer can earn 'Cashback' for every purchase made at the business. The business will decide what percentage of a customers spend they are to return as 'Cashback' into their digital wallet.
Examples:
Single Tier Program: Customer earns INR 1 as cashback for every INR 100 spent! (1% Cashback)
Multi-Tier Program:
Silver customers earn INR 1 as cashback for every INR 100 spent! (1% Cashback)
Gold customers earn INR 3 as cashback for every INR 100 spent! (3% Cashback)
Diamond customers earn INR 5 as cashback for every INR 100 spent! (5% Cashback)
Advanced Settings Available:
- Minimum spend: Customer only earns cashback for the transaction if the amount spent by the customer is greater than the minimum spend threshold set by the business.
- Maximum points earned per transaction.
- Minimum balance required for redemption: Customers are only allowed to redeem their cashback to make a payment if their cashback balance is greater than this minimum balance threshold set by the business.
- Maximum redemption per transaction: This is a limit on how much cashback can be redeemed to pay for a transaction.
