How does rider assignment work?

Rider assignment is done automatically by our system using a matching algorithm based on their availability, preparation time and the delivery location. For deliveries within 7km it matches with riders from Shadowfax and beyond 7km it matches with riders from WeFast, Dunzo.

      This can be done via the order management dashboard by simply clicking the pencil icon next to the existing rider on the order card. The system will automatically search to match a new rider and assign them to the order.
