How to add a follow up order while dining in?
While dining in, if a customer wants to add more items to an order, they can directly inform the restaurant. The restaurant can add a follow up order from the Order Dashboard.
Follow the steps given below:
- On the order dashboard, click on the ‘+’ icon in the order card that requires editing.
- Choose the table where the customer is seated.
- Click on ‘add an item’ to add the required items to the order, and proceed to click on ‘add order’ on the top right once done.
