How to enable pre-ordering?

This can be done via the order management dashboard by accessing the Settings page from the menu and toggling the button on/ off for pre-ordering.
The pre-order specifics, minimum hours before order and maximum days to accept orders, can be edited from the Settings page on the business dashboard.
