It is the time, defined by you, within which the order is expected to be prepared and ready for delivery or pickup. The preparation time is assigned while accepting an order itself.
The delivery time is calculated as a sum of the pre-defined preparation time and estimated delivery time, currently at 20 minutes and 30 minutes respectively.
