Why am I not getting the GST that my customers are paying into my account?

As per the CGST rules, Thrive , as an e-commerce operator are liable to withhold the GST liability on restaurant sales made through our platform and disclose the same in GSTR 1.

Hence, we are collecting and paying them directly to the government. (PFA the notification for your reference below)

As far as your liability is concerned, kindly check with your CA whether you are supposed to disclose the sales made through platforms like Thrive etc since liability on such sales is already discharged.
