Customer List & Search has a new home!
You can find the Customer List option on the top right of Customers page, accessible from the Navigation Menu. You can also find specific customers from the list using the Search function, available on the top right of the list itself.
Add Optional Tags
Send the campaigns to the customers belonging to a particular tag. These tags are created from the Customers section on the side-bar of the business dashboard.
Campaign Details
Click on any campaign to see its performance statistics.
Segment
A segment is a group of customers you'd like to target for the auto-engage campaigns!
Template Mode
Select the mode - Whatsapp, Email or SMS by which the campaign will reach the customer!
