I've entered the incorrect posify integration key, how do I rectify that?
The menu will not sync if the Posify key and Authentication Key is incorrect.
Where can I find my integration key on Posify?
The Posify key is visible on the Posify dashboard. The authentication token will be provided by Thrive.
How do I sync my menu via Posify?
You can sync the menu from the Posify dashboard and the menu will appear on the Thrive dashboard.

How can I make changes to my Thrive Menu via Posify?
The merchant needs to make the changes on the Posify Dashboard. Once the changes are made, the merchant needs to sync the menu on the Posify dashboard itself and the updated menu will appear on the Thrive Dashboard/link.
