How many times can a customer redeem a reward?
Ideally, a customer should be allowed to redeem only 1 reward per bill.
However, we have provided an option for you to redeem multiple rewards on a single bill. This stands true for non-integrated businesses only.
In the case of Thrive & POS integrated businesses, redemption will be allowed only once.
