What do you mean by scheduled time for delivery orders?

Scheduled time refers to when the customer has placed an order for a particular time slot. We need to ensure that the rider reaches on time (based on the kms) and delivers the order within that particular slot.
For example: Scheduled between 7.30pm - 8.30 pm. The order needs to be delivered (latest) by 8.30pm.
